Terms
All quotes are valid for 7 days. Orders are confirmed once payment reflects in our account. Custom-order timelines are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.
Returns
If a piece arrives damaged or different to what was agreed, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return, repair, or replacement.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised pieces are non-refundable once production has started, except in the case of defects.
